Installation

Installation instructions are in the product packaging and in the downloads. Check the product before installing: a faulty product must not be installed.

The furniture surfaces withstand splashes and running water, but drawer runners and the metal parts of hinges must be protected from direct water.

Care

Ordinary cleaners are all you need, and scratches are sanded away.

Warranty

We give a warranty against manufacturing and material defects on the furniture and basins we make ourselves, from the date of delivery.

10 years	Cabinets, drawers and composite stone fronts, doors, tops and basins
2 years	Other Puresolid furniture parts
Manufacturer's	Products by other manufacturers, such as mirror doors, transformers and LED strips

The warranty requires that the installation and care instructions have been followed. It does not cover normal wear or misuse. The warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

What to do in a warranty case

Contact your dealer first.
Keep your receipt or other proof of payment.
Photograph the fault and any related details.

Delivery

4–5 wks	Colours in the range (stock colours), from order confirmation
6–8 wks	Special-order colours, from order confirmation
1–2 days	Transport, from the factory dispatch date

You will receive an order confirmation with a detailed schedule. Check it and report any corrections by 10 am on the next working day. Schedules for special products and projects are agreed separately.

Exchanges and returns

Our products are made to order to your measurements. Products in special dimensions or special-order colours cannot be exchanged or returned. In other cases, contact the place of purchase.
