The contract is made when your payment has gone through and we have emailed you an order confirmation. Check the dimensions, colours and options in the confirmation. If anything is wrong, let us know straight away, as we make the products to match the confirmation.

Prices are in euros and include 25.5% VAT. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

You can pay by online banking, mobile payment or payment card. Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7), a licensed payment institution, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to us. For questions about products and delivery, please contact us.

We make every cabinet, top and mirror cabinet to order. Delivery takes 4–5 weeks for collection colours and 6–8 weeks for custom colours from order confirmation. We agree the delivery date with you in advance.

• Kerbside delivery in Finland. The delivery charge depends on the number of packages: each cabinet, top and mirror cabinet is one package, and accessories travel with them. The driver brings the packages to your yard; carrying them indoors can be arranged separately.
• Collection, packed, from our factory at Haapalankatu 3, Lahti. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Check the packages on arrival and note any visible transport damage on the consignment note. Store the products in their packaging in a dry, heated place until installation.

Cabinets, tops and mirror cabinets are made to the dimensions and colours you choose, so the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act does not apply to them. If you want to cancel your order, contact us straight away: until production has started, you can cancel and we will refund your payment.

Accessories delivered ready-made can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. Tell us by email that you are cancelling and return the accessories unused in their original packaging. You pay the return costs. We refund your payment within 14 days of your notice, once the accessories have reached us.

Check the products before installation. Do not install a product with visible damage or a defect. Report a defect within a reasonable time of noticing it; a report made within two months is always in time. Email us your order number, a description and photos. We will repair or replace the faulty product or refund its price.

Cabinets, drawers and composite stone fronts, doors, tops and basins have a 10-year warranty, and other Puresolid furniture parts a 2-year warranty. Products of other manufacturers carry their own manufacturer warranty. Under the warranty we repair or replace a faulty part or refund its price. The warranty does not cover normal wear, use or care contrary to the instructions, accidental damage, or faults caused by alterations, installation or machining by others. The colour and pattern of composite stone may vary slightly between production batches, so a part ordered later may differ slightly in shade.

We will first try to resolve any disagreement with you. You can also contact consumer advice (kkv.fi) and the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi) free of charge. Finnish law applies to the contract.
