You can send questions and requests about data protection to the same email address.

• Enquiries and quote requests: name, company, email, phone, town, the content of your message and attachments such as drawings.
• Customer relationship and orders: contact details, delivery and billing address, and orders. Payments are handled by a payment service provider; we do not store payment card details.
• Website use: pages viewed, browser and the country inferred from your IP address, in our own system. If you accept statistics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to improve the website; IP addresses are truncated and the data is not linked to you.
• Dealer search: the postcode filters the list in your browser and is not stored.

• Handling quotes, orders, deliveries and warranty matters (contract and pre-contractual steps).
• Managing the customer relationship and product-related communication (legitimate interest).
• Accounting and taxation (legal obligation).
• Operating, developing and securing the website (legitimate interest).

• Quote requests, enquiries and quotes that do not lead to an order: two years from the last change.
• Designs saved in the configurator: two years from the last change.
• Unfinished online shopping baskets: one year.
• Customer and order data: for the duration of the customer relationship and the warranty period, up to ten years from delivery.
• Accounting records such as orders, invoices and vouchers: six or ten years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Finnish Accounting Act.
• Dealer user accounts: for the duration of the partnership. The account is closed when the partnership ends.
• Website visitor data: 60 days from the last visit, unless linked to a customer relationship.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.

We regularly delete data from our business system once these periods have passed.

• A dealer, if you order through a dealer or ask a dealer to contact you.
• A carrier, for delivery.
• Odoo S.A., whose service runs our business system and website. The servers are located in the EU.
• A payment service provider, for online shop payments.
• Google Ireland (Google Analytics), if you accept statistics cookies. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell data or use it for third-party marketing. Otherwise, we do not transfer data outside the EU and EEA.

We use cookies that are essential for the website to work: session, language choice, shopping basket and your cookie choice. These are always on. We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you accept them in the cookie panel. For statistics we use Google Analytics. We do not currently use marketing cookies.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

You can ask to see your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Send your request by email and we will reply within a month.

You can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
